A lot of our customers ask us questions about the chemicals we use, how we wash the house, if we guarantee our work, when the service can be performed, etc. I wish all pressure washing services were created equal, and took the time and care we do, but we’ve seen the damage of carelessness from others.

When we get there. Instead of just starting the cleaning, we look at the job we’re going to be completing, and analyze the environment, any things to watch out for in the job, any other items that could be addressed that might have been missed by the customer, or estimator. Then comes the knock on the door, or customer contact.

You’ll see one of our smiling technicians on your porch, or at the job ready to go over the details with you. We like to go over the details, and explain what we’re going to be doing. We strive to set expectations for the time we’ll be there, and make sure that no detail is missed.

Your house, yard, and belongings are all really important to us! We start by prepping them for the job. We move portable items out of the way, spray all plants and grass down to protect the roots from any chemicals, and take care of any sensitive items.

As mentioned, we wet down the surrounding plants and grass, as well as any screens on the house. What this does is allows the plants and grass to soak up water in its roots instead of any chemicals or solutions. We also rinse the plants and grass one more time at the end. The solution we use turns into salt after it’s activated, so we’re sure to be friendly with the environment, and take the right steps to keep your plants, grass, and belongings safe.

Instead of using high pressure on your house, or job, we use a soft wash process. After prepping the surroundings, we go around the house and allow our solution to kill mold, mildew, algae, and other stubborn dirt. This ensures that your house doesn’t have to be sprayed with high pressure, and risk being damaged. After sitting for about 10 minutes, we rinse your house clean, and it can sparkle like it was made to do!

We set ourselves apart in the details. Not only are we performing a cleaning job, and making it look great, but we make sure to leave things like we left them, only better. If we removed a hose in the yard, we hook it back up, and even coil it properly. We move everything back to its original position.

After we’re finished, we walk around the job with the customer to point out the differences, and make sure that it’s complete, and up to expectation. We make sure our customers are 100% satisfied before we take payment.
